Trivia[]

  • Both in the Latin American Spanish version and in the Portuguese version for Brazil, the demonym "American" is eliminated, both from the title of the series and from the character. This is due to the fact that the use of "Americano" by the US people in Spanish and Portuguese is offensive for them, especially to Spanish speakers, because they consider it an appropriation of a general demonym for all continent people, for which they prefer use the demonym "estadounidense", which is the alternative to American (US people) in Spanish.
  • In order to maintain the reference of the character in any case, as a dragon that is not from the Asia area, it was decided to call it "Occidental" (Spanish for Western), as opposed to the typical oriental dragon of Eastern cultures.
