SpongeBob v šortkách premiered on Markíza Dajto on February 2, 2013, where the first season aired until February 24, 2015. It didn't play again until July 5, 2014, where the second season aired until August 24, 2014. The show came back for the final time on July 4, 2015, and reruns of the first 26 episodes aired until August 30. 2015. The reason why the channel stopped airing the series is because the broadcasting rights expired.
